Products offered through GEL Labs are provided for laboratory and research purposes only, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by GEL Labs. Our products are not marketed as drugs, medical devices, or consumer health products.

In general, GEL Labs products are:

• Not intended for human or animal use or consumption

• Not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications

• Not offered with dosing, administration, or treatment guidance

• Not sold for use in compounding or resale as regulated medical products

You will see these restrictions reflected across the store experience, including:

3) Research-Only Positioning and Labeling

Where applicable, GEL Labs uses research-only labeling and product descriptions designed to reduce misuse and avoid misclassification. This includes:

We aim to support transparency through documentation where available. Depending on the product and batch, GEL Labs may provide:

• A Certificate of Analysis (COA) and/or other supporting documentation

• Batch or lot identification details (when applicable)

If COAs or documentation are listed on a product page, they are provided for informational and quality reference purposes and do not change the intended-use restrictions described above.

5) Packaging, Labeling, and Shipping Presentation

GEL Labs’ packaging and shipping presentation is designed to be professional and straightforward, consistent with research supply standards. Where applicable:

• Products are labeled to reflect research-only positioning

• External packaging is kept discreet and non-promotional

• Product materials avoid medical symbols or language that implies therapeutic use

(If GEL Labs includes ancillary materials, those materials are labeled according to their intended research purpose.)

6) Communication and Support Boundaries

To prevent misuse and remain consistent with our classification, GEL Labs will not provide support or advice related to:

• Dosing, administration, or protocols for use in or on living beings

• Medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic interpretation

• Guidance that would convert research products into consumer-use instructions

Requests of this nature may be declined and/or redirected to our posted policies.

7) Misuse Prevention and Account Enforcement

We take misuse seriously. GEL Labs may take steps to maintain responsible operations, including:
